Wow, I really got scammed! I bought it thinking it would be hot, but it's not even warm enough to touch. It's terrible. Please handle with care. That ink has oil stains and since it's built into the refrigerator and washing machine, it can't be cleaned easily. Wow... 1000% satisfied and the steam power is no joke. Wow... I guess I'll buy another one in preparation for the holidays. It's designed not to break down, but I'll order another one before the price goes up.
